The urban element is thrilled to host a dinner in honor of Canada’s 150th birthday. We believe that in the kitchen, as in Canada, diversity is our strength. Urban element’s “Canada 150” menu showcases the many diverse cultures that have shaped our national mosaic from First Nations through the waves of immigration that brought people to Canada. This event celebrates the people, the cultures and the foods that unify Canada.
We invite you to begin this culinary adventure with hors d’oeurves + local beers pairings in our outdoor lounge; then migrate to our communal table to enjoy Chef Devin Marhue’s exceptional multi-course dinner that is a gastronomic tour of Canada’s heritage paired with beautifully made Canadian wines.
