On January 25 the best of the best of Ottawa restaurants were celebrated at Ottawa Magazine's food and drink tasting event at the National Arts Centre. It was a packed house there to celebrate restaurants that have stood the test and proven why they are among the best that Ottawa's dynamic food scene has to offer.
Patrick Garland of Absinthe was there representing Wellington West with his amazing food from Absinthe - food he describes as being "By the People, for the People". And he means what he says. Check out Absinthe's latest menu with a special offering in support of Cornerstone Women's Shelter.
