Fork Off a huge success in Wellington West!

And the winner is.... Patrick Garland of Wellington West's Absinthe Cafe, who wowed the crowd, and the esteemed judges, at the Parkdale Food Centre's Fork Off competition with his Basque-style bone-in chicken.

The competition was tough.  Harriet Clunie of the Beechwood Gastropub gave him a run for his money with her mouth-watering seared crispy whitefish.  

The Fork Off Challenge, now in its fourth iteration, is a way for you to get up close and personal with two great chefs as they make great meals right before your eyes!

It was all in support of a great cause - the Parkdale Food Centre, which provides fresh and healthy food to families in need, here in Wellington West.
