About the 2022 Member Outreach Blitz
What is the Member Outreach Blitz?
The 2022 Member Outreach Blitz is a membership engagement initiative spearheaded by the Wellington West Business Improvement Area.
Taking place from October 15 to November 5, 2022, the Wellington West BIA team will visit every member merchant of Hintonburg and Wellington Village to:
- Learn more about the membership and their businesses
- Collect and verify membership contact information
- Inform the membership about our annual survey, member benefits and sign-ups for email communications
- Invite the membership to upcoming special events
As a thank you to our members for participating, we will be doing a draw every Friday of the Blitz for a $100 gift card to a business of their choice in Hintonburg or Wellington Village!
What are the goals of the Member Outreach Blitz?
- Reach every single member of the BIA and hear their ideas, challenges and concerns
- Conduct a complete and thorough member survey and share its results with the membership
- Explain to the membership how make the most of their online directory listing and the member benefits that come with being a part of the BIA
- Inform the membership about opportunities and how to engage more meaningfully with the BIA through committees, our Board of Directors and ongoing engagement and volunteer opportunities
When is the Blitz happening?
The Wellington West BIA team will start its work on October 15 and will visit the membership over the course of three weeks:
- The week of October 15-21
- The week of October 22-28
- The week of October 29-November 5
