THE HAPPENING ART THROW DOWN
Join The Happening Art Throwdown in front of the Tooth and Nail Mainstage for a celebration of our local visual arts community. Watch as our guest artists compete in two rounds where anything goes — painting, sketching, assembling, printing, sculpting. YOU, the audience, will choose your favourite artwork by secret ballot. Once the winning artist is crowned, there will be a live auction with 100% of the proceeds going to the artists! Be there to watch it all go down at 3:30pm in Parkdale Park at the Tooth and Nail Mainstage.
ACTIVITIES FOR ALL AGES!
Bring the kids to play from 10 am – 6 pm! There will be music, storytelling, games, Henna Tattoos, demos, and the Station 11 Fire Truck will be on-site from 2-3pm!
Stop by Maker House Co. and check out their local artisanal products. Play a round of corn hole for a chance to win some fun prizes!
Hintonburg Pottery will be offering demos on the potter’s wheel and have their gorgeous wares available for sale.
