- 2 km walk or run (we recommend on Wellington West)!
- 4 km ski, bike, or snowshoe on KichiSibi Trail!
- 30 min yoga, skate, dance, or workout!

Fresh Air Experience
For all Big Heart Challenge Registrants, Fresh Air Experience is offering complementary ski rentals Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. (value $40). Drop by and see them at 1291 Wellington St. W.
Arthur Murray Dance Ottawa
Every Tuesday, Arthur Murray Dance Ottawa will be offering a FREE beginner dance class from 7:30-8:15pm. No experience necessary – come on your own or bring a friend, everyone is welcome!
