About Life Therapies

Founded in 2000 by Elliot Vlad, D.O.M.P, BA (Kin), CK, RMT, and former world athlete in gymnastics, Life Therapies is a multidisciplinary healthcare clinic in Ottawa, Canada. After a near fatal car accident left him paralyzed while training in Ireland, he was told by numerous doctors he would never compete again and was facing the rest of his life in a wheelchair. Overcoming immense emotional and physical obstacles, spending years in physical therapy teaching himself to walk again, Elliot knew that he wanted to dedicate his life to helping others relieve pain in their lives.
