I’m Caroline and I’m a professional Pastry Chef / Cake Designer. I love all things pretty and sweet. I am a Le Cordon Bleu alumni and co-own Carben Food + Drink with my husband. My cakes are for ALL to enjoy – inclusivity is very important to me. I am also eco-conscious with my cakes and my packaging – learning and improving.
