We provide custom personal training. How? We assess your movement using the Functional Movement Screen, and we consider your goals, your schedule, and your health history as the foundation of your training program. Then we coach you and motivate you through it.
While we are closed, we offer video-coached personal training sessions or if you prefer, we create custom programs that you do whenever suits you.
Once we are allowed to reopen, we will return to strict efforts to keep everyone safe. This includes:
– every person has their own zone and is a minimum 3m (~10 ft) from anyone else. Most of the time you’re further apart from each other.
– we require everyone wear masks for the entire workout; not just the trainers.
– by appointment only, lots of sanitizing, everyone answers screening questions, and we check temperatures
