Tennessy Willems pizza dough is made in house on a daily basis. We support local farmers such as Mariposa Farms, for our duck and cheeses, Par Toutatis for our wild boar, and Bush Gardens for our organic beef and cheeses. Peasant’s Craft supplies us with organic pork, and Whales Bone with sustainable fish. We also enjoy our partnerships with Pine River cheeses, Olivia Organic chocolate, Butterfly Sky heavenly honey and finally gluten-free foods.
