Candle lit Slow Flow + Meditation

Join Erin Harris for a $5 beginner friendly drop in class. Explore both the physical and meditative aspects of yoga as we incorporate both principles into to one 75 minute class. Accessible to all levels, for both the yogis and the non-yogis, we will stretch and strengthen the body to begin, and finish off with a restorative meditation for the mind & soul.
