Tickets available by donation to Parkdale Food Centre. You will receive a webinar link to cook along with the Chef at home, the recipe and a list of simple ingredients to purchase.
Optional extra! For just $48.25, you can purchase a box of prepared ingredients for pickup on the Friday before each event! Just choose the box option when you register! (*For participants with mobility issues, free delivery can be arranged upon request.)
For the past several years, the Parkdale Food Centre (PFC) in Hintonburg has hosted a series of Fork Off fundraising events. These spirited competitions featured local chefs going head to head, creating dishes using ingredients found in PFC’s pantry and presenting them to a panel of judges.
For the 2020 edition of Taste of Wellington West we’re giving you an opportunity to be a participant in our new Fork Off at Home series, where you can enjoy cooking a delicious meal using simple ingredients via Zoom with a professional chef guiding the way.
