The Spaniel’s Tale Halloween Party
Join us for a spooky night of costumes, snacks, and books by candlelight at The Spaniel’s Tale Halloween Party! The event will be held at The Spaniel’s Tale Bookstore (1131 Wellington St. W), where you can browse through a great selection of books (including horror!) and gifts by candlelight.
Your $10 ticket gets you access to a spooky, intimate, candlelit shopping experience (capacity is capped), drinks, Halloween candy, and 10% off everything in the store. Costumes are highly encouraged!
This event is available at 7:30pm or 8:30pm. This is the 7:30pm slot. See the 8:30pm slot here. Arrive any time between 7:30pm and 8:30pmpm. Doors open at 7:30pm and your experience ends at 8:30pm. Please note: to ensure a calm environment for all attendees, this event is for adults only.

Your ticket is valid for one person. To keep this event intimate, each guest requires their own ticket.
How many people will be shopping?
To keep your shopping experience intimate, the event is limited to 20 people during the entire hour.

What does candlelit mean? Will there be enough light?
We will be turning off the overhead lights for the duration of the event, and the store will be lit by dozens of battery operated candles to create a calm and intimate experience. While there will be enough light to read book titles and descriptions, please note that the light will be kept dim.
