WILD SODA WORKSHOP
Like soda? Imagine making your very own wild sodas from ingredients foraged and grown from the land around you – your own garden or favourite wild spaces.
Join Ontario-based forager, wildcrafter, writer and educator Bryan Dowkes in making your very own wild fermented sodas. Learn how to safely identify wild edibles and make your own beverages with foraged or market-bought organic ingredients, including local honey, maple syrup, blueberries, mugwort, white pine, spruce, and more. Each participant will take home two 1.9 L fermenting jars containing their sodas, plus the skills and recipes to experiment with many more wild combinations in the future.
