TASTE Cooking demo: Paula Roy’s pizza-stuffed zucchini boats

Local recipe developer, food writer and TV personality Paula Roy presents a short cooking demo that offers a fun twist on almost every family’s favourite food: pizza! She shows how to hollow out zucchini halves then stuff them with a sautéed mixture composed of favourite pizza toppings and sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella or your favourite non-dairy cheese then bake until pizza perfection is achieved. This flexible, gluten-free dish is fun for the whole family to make and eat.
