First FORK OFF AT HOME was so much fun!

The first FORK OFF AT HOME event in support of the Parkdale Food Centre was held on Sunday, Sep 27, hosted by Chef Simon Bell. Participants cooked along with Chef Simon to make ribollita using simple ingredients commonly available at the PFC and at merchants throughout Hintonburg and Wellington Village.

Don’t miss out on the fun on Sunday, October 4 when we’ll be cooking along with Chef Kassandra Pietropaolo. You may know Chef Kass from her amazing work at The Urban Element and this is your chance to cook along with her and make eggplant parmesan. Tickets are by donation to the Parkdale Food Centre. All registered participants will receive a link to the webinar, as well as the recipe and ingredients list in advance so you can have everything you need to follow along.
