A new edition to the Hintonburg food scene opened their doors in early August. After 35 years in business on Preston Street, The Home of Fresh Pasta has started a new chapter at 1063 Wellington St. West.

A look behind the scenes at Home of Fresh Pasta

All of the pastas and sauces found here are made from scratch, by hand using traditional Italian recipes. This includes a rotating selection of 15 to 20 different stuffed pastas and 9 to 12 long pastas. They make pasta all day, every day – everything they serve is super fresh, and nothing sits around for more than a couple of days. No freezers around here.

Agnolotti, a house specialty, stuffed with over 15 varieties of fillings.

Don’t miss out on the famous focaccia bread, a family recipe that originates from the Barletta region of Italy. Fresh from their own oven.

They also carry a wide selection of home-made sauces, tomato based and cream sauces. Additionally a selection of Italian deli meats and cheeses.

Home of Fresh Pasta is open Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm.
