2018 Fall Prix Fixe Menus in Support of Parkdale Food Centre: October Eats
Our Fall Prix Fixe Menus in Wellington West continue throughout the month of October- get your full list of menus and participating food vendors here. A donation will be made to the Parkdale Food Centre from each featured menu.
This week’s line up includes a number of new vendors with varying launch dates:
Second Cup (Oct 7th – 20th): For $10, get a coffee and cookie of your choice of Ham and Cheese or Three Cheese Sandwich.
The Wellington Diner (Oct 9th – 23rd): For $20, get any Burger and Milkshake on the menu plus fries or salad.
Thyme & Again (Oct 11th – 26th): For $35, choose an appy from: Grilled Romaine Cobb Salad or Lemon Confit with Fresh Ricotta. Choose a main from 3 selections: Miso-Marinated Flank Steak & Frites, Canadian Cioppino Fish & Shellfish with Fennel, Garlic, Tomato or Crispy Buckwheat Noodle Cakes with Seasonal Veggies plus a Merry Dairy “Milk & Cookies” Gelato treat or house-made Lemon Meringue Tart for dessert.
The Ministry of Coffee (Oct 10th – 17th): For $25 get an Apricot-Plum Bellini, a choice of a Yam-and-Cheese or Fried Ravioli with Tomato Jam and a Crueller with Ginger & Blood Orange Glaze.
Les Moulins La Fayette Bakery (Oct 15th – 31st): For $35 get a choice of Beets & Apple Salad or Roasted Red Pepper Soup, Choice of Brie & Fig or BBQ Chicken Sandwich, LMFL Lava Cake for dessert.
Gurus Inspired Food Bar (Oct 14th-28th): For $30 get a choice of Veggie or Chicken Hakka Style Soup, Butter Chicken or Paneer Plater + Gulab Jamun for dessert.
