Once again this year, the
restaurants of Wellington West
are offering special “Prix Fixe”
menus in support of the
Parkdale Food Centre.


How it works:

  1. Watch this page for new Prix Fixe Menus every week throughout October.
  2. Visit any featured restaurant and ask for the Prix Fixe menu special.
  3. Enjoy an amazing, multi-course meal.
  4. Pay one fixed price for each meal you order. Depending on the restaurant, this could be $29, $39, or $49. *
  5. Parkdale Food Centre will receive a donation for every meal purchased.
  6. (NOTE: fixed price does not include tax, gratuity, or extra orders. While supplies last. No substitutions please.)

The Hintonburg Public House October 3rd – 31st

Bar Snack – Spicy Beer Nuts

Appetizer – St. Albert Chedder Cheese Puffs, Creme Fraiche, Chive Oil

Main – Coconut Chickpea Curry, Jasmine Rice, Fresh Arugula – OR – Jalapeno & Cheese Curd Smokie, corn and Beau’s Lugtread Battered Corndog, Fresh Purple Cabbage Not-So-Sour Kraut, Potato Salad, Grainy Mustard

Dessert – French Meringue, Blueberry Compote, Lemon Curd, Cream

Stofa RestaurantAvailable Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays until October 31st.

First Course – House smoked salmon with pickled beets, miso mayonnaise, pumpkin seed crumble, potato chips, dill pickle and fresh herbs.

Second Course – Tempura baby eggplant with pressed cardamom yogurt, pomegranate molasses, zaatar spice, nduja, green onions, pomegranate seeds and parsley.

Third Course – Sous-vide pork loin with herbed spatzle, corn pudding, pickled jalapeno, patty pans, radishes, tamarind sauce, smoked paprika and cilantro

Spanish cheese & charcuterie sampler

Octopus carpaccio, compressed tequila jalapeno, salted pork belly vinaigrette, potato espuma

Patatas bravas, hazelnut romesco, garlic aioli, hierbas frescas, birds eye chilies

Taco, cochinita (orange braised pork), coriander, habanero homemade hot sauce, pickled red onions, soft corn tortilla

Five course blind tasting menu

Price: $65

Optional beer pairings: $30

Wine Pairings: $40.

Participation of the entire table is required.

Modifications to the “Tasting Menu” due to dietary
restrictions can be accommodated with 48 hours notice.
