The Friends of Parkdale Market invite neighbourhood open-mic regulars to perform at next week’s WelliWednesday in Parkdale Park
- Every Wednesday!
- Shows at 5:30pm and 7:00pm
- Pat MacLeod Community Stage in Parkdale Park
Brought to you by the Friends of Parkdale Market, with artist funding from our partners at Ottawa Markets, the September 14 WelliWednesday lineup pays tribute to neighbourhood open-mic nights. We’ve asked open-mic homebase, Hintonburg Public House, to help us simulate the tradition of open-mics in and around Wellington West. Artists who’ve frequented their legendary open-mics, and others, in the past will take the Pat McLeod Community Stage to share the variety of musical talents that put our little slice of Ottawa on the map. Join us from 5:30pm-8:30pm for singer-songwriters of all genres and ages as the sun sets midweek.
Hintonburg Public House will also be offering a gift certificate in exchange for Parkdale Food Centre donations!
