We’ve reached the half-way point of this winter, a fitting time to throw a cold weather celebration in the neighbourhood.

Winter carnivals are a long standing tradition in Wellington West communities, and are a great time for neighbours to come together and spite of the feelings isolation that the winter months can often bring on.
